Transformation, Grief, and End of Life Coaching

I offer online coaching sessions that are tailored to you and your needs.

We all have times when we feel lost and overwhelmed. We may find ourselves feeling unable to move under the weight of grief for a loved one, a loss of physical ability or identity, or the shock of a terminal diagnosis. Many of us find ourselves grieving and depressed at the state of the world, with feelings of hopelessness and detachment. We may find ourselves having gone through a significant or traumatic experience (such as a near death experience), only to find ourselves unsure of how to return to our previous lives. Or perhaps we are feeling stuck or unhappy with our current life, and are calling in our own transformation to create more joy and fulfillment.
Even though we all go through these moments, we live in a society that rarely talks about loss, transformation, and end of life. This leaves many of us feeling unsupported and under-resourced when faced with these life altering moments, feeling overwhelmed with fear, anger, regret, confusion, hopelessness, and isolation. We are often led to believe we need to have all the answers, or do it all on our own, but that simply isn’t true. We need external systems of support, compassion, and reflection outside of ourselves, and despite the intentions of our loved ones, many of these life altering events are simply too overwhelming or too close to home for them to be able to provide the support we need. With a trauma informed, heart-centered, professional approach, I provide a secure, safe space vital to the process of sifting through the thoughts, emotions, desires, and challenges so you can move through these difficult transitions with support and acceptance.

Who Can Coaching Help?
Coaching can help everyone! If you find yourself struggling with any of these issues, I’d love to work with you.
Grief from the loss of a loved one (human and non-human), along with feelings of guilt, shame, and regret that may accompany it.
Loss of ability, identity, or lifestyle due to injury, illness, or aging. Difficulty, overwhelm, anger, or fear regarding a terminal diagnosis and end of life.
Fear, unease, anger, regret, or discomfort surrounding death, regardless of age and health.
Life altering transitions related to a change in location, career, social groups, sexuality, or identity.
Integration from a life altering event or experience, including near death experiences.
Depression, overwhelm, isolation, anxiety, purposelessness, or alienation from society. Feeling grief and general feelings of distress and loss from the state of our world.
Feeling disconnected from your heart and own inner guidance, feeling powerless, or feeling like your emotions are in control.
Feeling stuck in your life, career, or relationships, and needing something to change

What is Coaching?
With coaching, there is no one size fits all- we all have our own stories and life experiences, and what works for one person may not work for another. Honestly, this is the greatest benefit of coaching, as our approach and method can be as unique as you are. Everything is custom to you and your needs, to get the best results possible for YOU.
Coaching is:
Coaching, at its core, is a safe, judgement free space for a collaboration between us to help you fully connect to your own inner guidance and enact positive change in your life.
Our sessions may look like: conversations, guided meditations, inner child and shadow work and integration, and somatic based body/mind/emotional connection. I approach coaching with a holistic, trauma informed, heart centered approach.
Coaching is helping you to create plans, healthy habits, and next steps to actualize your goals.
Coaching is support, and space to truly feel into your feelings. Rushing to “fix” something won’t work if emotions aren’t being honored and tended to in the process.
Coaching is honoring ourselves, our losses, and our experiences, and giving ourselves permission to fully be with ourselves. Coaching is about moving forward from difficulty while honoring our emotions and experiences.
Coaching is not:
Coaching is not therapy. I am not able to diagnose, administer medical advice, or prescribe medications.
Coaching is not a consultation, advice, or telling you what to do.
Coaching will not “fix” or “get rid of” grief and loss, but rather is a place to honor it and integrate it into your life.
Coaching is not a place for me to enforce my spiritual beliefs on you. I cannot tell you with any certainty what happens when we die (and really, where’s the fun of the mystery in that anyway?)
Coaching, specifically End of Life and Doula Services, is not a substitute for medical hospice care, funeral planning, and legal will writing, though I am able to provide support and companionship through these processes.

Personal Values
Everyone has their own path, and everyone has their own story.
I am well-versed in cultural and systematic differences, neurodivergence, physical limitations, chronic illness, different religious and spiritual practices, LGBTQIA and alternative relationship structures. I am adamantly anti-racist and anti-oppression. I acknowledge that we all live in our own realities, and that there are deeply rooted systematic and societal forces that cause many to deal with additional obstacles and difficulties. My job is to guide you to your own truths, not to reinforce a cultural narrative or to enforce my own.
We all have an immensely powerful inner guidance system, and my mission is to empower you to fully access your own core being. Our sessions are uniquely tailored to you and your specific needs, allowing our work together in a way that’s as beneficial to you as possible.

Trainings and Qualifications
My path towards Coaching and End of Life work began through my art. After several years of deepening my connection to death, life, and transformation, I received my Death Doula training through INELDA (International End of Life Doula Association), and a Coaching Certificate through Earth Pulse LLC. I am continually enriching my coaching resources with continued seminars, workshops, and self education, and volunteer at a local hospice. I also have a BS in film and video from Drexel University.
My goal is to assist with companionship, empowerment, and compassion for those who are facing life’s most difficult transitions. I have been blessed with a wonderfully full and winding path of beauty, expression, joy, difficulty, loss, grief, and personal transformation.
